Hair is now provided with services, so this policy only applies to clients supplying their own hair. ✦ BUSINESS HOURS COMMUNICATION Messages, calls, and inquiries will only be answered during business hours. Any communication received after hours will be addressed on the next business day. ✦ URGENT MATTERS If your question is time-sensitive, please call rather than text for the fastest response. ✦ NO CHILDREN Children are not permitted during appointments unless they are receiving a service. ✦ PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT Profanity and inappropriate conversations are not permitted during appointments. ✦ PHONE CALLS Phone calls are welcome; however, conversations must remain respectful and appropriate. ✦ APPOINTMENT CHANGES Any service changes must be communicated at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
